The House The Coast Built is a fundraising initiative of the Sunshine Coast Health Foundation and Emerald Homes to build a luxury four bedroom home from donated goods and services at Stingray Harbour Court Pelican Waters, Caloundra. Complete with landscaped gardens, pool and security system the home was auctioned and SOLD on Saturday the 12th of July 2003. This was of great benefit the Sunshine Coast Health Services Foundation's $1.5 million fundraising campaign to establish the Sunshine Coast Cancer Centre. Congratulations to all involved on a successfull fund raising mission!

The Sunshine Coast Cancer Centre will provide a "one stop" cancer treatment facility on the Sunshine Coast, reducing the need for cancer patients to travel to Brisbane for treatment.
